SIDBI Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Grade A – General Stream
- Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CMA, CFA, MBA, or PGDM are also acceptable.
- Minimum 60% marks required (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Those without CA, MBA, or PGDM must have 2 years of experience in MSME or Corporate Credit.
Grade B – Assistant Manager
- General: Graduation/PG with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of work experience in RBI/SEBI/Banks/NBFCs.
- Legal: Bachelor’s in Law (LLB), enrolled with the Bar Council, with 5 years of experience in Legal Departments.
- IT: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of relevant experience in IT field.
